THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS, HOW DO I CHOOSE?
1. Do you have a favorite hobby? I can make pens for hunting and fishing, cats and dogs, steampunk and computer parts, baseball and football and golf, and so much more! And keychain and earring options are nearly endless!
2. Did you serve in the military? Are you a firefighter? Do you ride a Harley? I have a pen for you.
3. I still don't know! Don't worry, send me an email and we can email back and forth (or set up a phone call) and design the perfect custom item for you!
WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO GET MY ORDER?
For turned items (the round things!), it will probably take 4-6 weeks to receive your order, but it will be worth it! If I can get it to you sooner, I will! Virtually every item that I sell is made from your custom instructions and that takes time. I have many parts on hand, but if I don't have it then I have to order it, wait to receive it, make it, then ship it out. I can do rush orders, but there will be an extra cost involved. Just like many things in life, the good stuff takes time :)

For the flat, cut out pieces, turn around from order to shipment will be 7-10 days. Less of course if I already have it made! Large, custom orders will likely take longer due to needing to wait on the materials. I'll do my best to keep you in the loop!
WHY DOES MY ITEM LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURES?
Each item is handmade and will have some differences because I made it by hand. Woods are rarely the same--even the same starting piece of wood looks different on each end! Also, wood often changes color over time so it may darken as the months go by; this is completely normal. Each batch of acrylic will also have variations--this makes it more fun to see what it will turn out like! This is what makes your piece unique to you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I hope you enjoy each item that you purchase from me, but if you don't, please contact me within 15 days of date of shipment. There will be a 20% restocking fee and I will refund the rest of your money upon receiving the product.
Returns on Jewelry are only accepted if the item is broken upon arrival. Contact me ASAP if this happens. Custom engraving is only refundable if I make a mistake in the spelling, please contact me ASAP if this happens.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipment of pens, other small round objects, and jewelry is $5.00 unless you spend more than $30.00, then it is FREE shipping within the lower 48 states. Larger items such as signs/paintings, Salt and Pepper mills, vases, and bowls will have an additional shipping fee that is calculated after you have placed your order. Shipping to Canada will be on a case by case basis (because I have no idea what it costs yet!) This will be communicated to you for approval before I begin work on your item.
I LIVE NEAR YOU, CAN I JUST PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, we can meet up at a public place near Finger TN (I also go to Selmer area, Henderson area, and Jackson TN often) for you to receive your order. Use the coupon code LOCALPICKUP if you are local and we will set up a meeting place.
CAN I BULK CUSTOM ORDER?
Of course, but there is a fee if you need it rushed. I would love to make a set of pens, keychains, signs, or other special items for your sports team or work team or administration at your school. What about the older generation at your family reunion? Get me some details and we can get a truly memorable package set up for you.
CAN I HELP DESIGN A SIGN OR EARRINGS?
YES! I would love to use your personal design to make a sign for your business or custom earrings--I want to help you tell your story and you are the perfect one to tell it!

We can also help with custom name items if you make lanyards or name tags or something--just ask and we will go from there!

I need to give a shout out to Willow Kate Photography for my awesome pictures! The ones with white that look like an amateur were done by me (it is something I am working to get better at :) ) but she came in and took the rest for me--she can do it for you as well!
